How much do lots cost?

Lots range in cost from $65,000 to $95,000. Your investment will be a function of size and desirability. Reach out to discuss a specific lot or to schedule a site visit.

What kind of house can we build?

Naija is a modern design community with aesthetic construction decisions governed by a design review board. As long as your lot improvements pass the design review, they’ll be welcomed in Naija. For examples of facades that meet our design qualifications, visit our Pinterest board!

What are the square footage limitations?

At Naija, we want you to take the best advantage of your lot for your needs. Our recommended minimum square footage is 2.500 square feet. However, elevations will be reviewed on a case by case basis for the benefit of the homeowner and the neighborhood at large.

Who can build on the lots?

As long as construction meets the approved design standard, we’re honored to let you select your contractor. You can choose your own builder or use us!

How long can I take to build my home?

Homes need to be ready for occupancy within three years of lot purchase.

What kind of amenities are provided?

Naija is a gated community with a single entrance/exit point, creating a safe, quiet neighborhood with very low traffic. A beautiful common lot will contain shared outdoor spaces to encourage community and promote urban outdoor living

What school district are you in?

Oklahoma City Public, Millwood Public Schools, Epic Charter School are public education options for Naija Wilshire residents.
